Our offices are located at 757 Third Avenue in midtown Manhattan, but that is not where you will find most of us on an average day. While we have beautiful offices and generally convene there for our meetings and closings, most of us work virtually.

The reality is that, with the advent of technology, most of what all corporate attorneys do today happens via phone and email – and given how significant a financial commitment hiring top-notch legal counsel can be, we think our clients are best served by our foregoing the expense of a large New York lease and passing the savings on to them. It is precisely because of our virtual approach that we are uniquely able to deliver a firm of former large-firm attorneys without large-firm rates.
