Paul Wilson, Sr. - Senior Counsel

Senior Counsel at P.H. Wilson Law, Paul Wilson, Sr. previously practiced for over 30 years at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, a leading international firm with over 650 attorneys and offices around the globe. While at Debevoise, Mr. Wilson, Sr. served as the firm's Deputy Presiding Partner and over three periods as its Chief Financial Officer. He led the firm's work for a variety of high profile clients including Chrysler, American Airlines and Delta Air Lines, and was lead counsel to Chrysler in its $40 billion business combination with Daimler-Benz – the largest industrial and cross-border merger completed at the time.  After Debevoise, Mr. Wilson, Sr. served for two years as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of First Wind Holdings, LLC, a Boston-based clean energy company.  Mr. Wilson, Sr. holds a law degree from Columbia Law School, as well as an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
