Daniel Besdin - Counsel

Counsel to P.H. Wilson Law, Daniel Besdin has over 30 years of experience as a corporate law practitioner. Trained at Harvard Law School, Mr. Besdin has handled a major transactions on behalf of such well-known companies as Citibank, Triarc Companies, Bank of America and GMAC Commercial Finance, LLC (now known as Ally Commercial Finance LLC). Mr. Besdin has substantial experience with a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, trademark licensing and general corporate development.

Mr. Besdin began his career at Olshan, Grundman & Frome, PC, where he practiced for six years. He then joined Solomon & Moskowitz, P.C., where he practiced for fourteen years as a partner, and for an additional total of seven years as Of Counsel to two firms into which Solomon & Moskowitz, P.C. subsequently merged – first Rubin Baum LLP and then Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal, LLP. Mr. Besdin later joined Otterbourg, Steindler, Houston & Rosen PC, and then Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A. Mr. Besdin works with P.H. Wilson Law as an independent contractor on a per-assignment basis.
